Have you ever thought of having your home as low an impact on the environment as possible whilst you can generate sustainable healthy food and save money for the rest of your life?

There could be residuals from some of the preservative measures used to keep fruit and vegetables firm and shinny for this whole period, not to mention insecticides and some bio organic compounds used to encourage growth.

Every day we eat things that are processed and the chemicals used to sustain the longevity and grow food faster are becoming under more scrutiny, there is evidence that these chemicals are really not good for us and that is putting it lightly.
